Confidentiality
Please note all clients receiving a treatment will be required to complete a consultation form before hand. All details given by the client will be kept confidential at all times and are kept in a secure place. Information will not be passed to a third party unless the client gives written and signed permission for us to do so. We are aware of the Data Protection Act 1998
